I’m Mark. I’m a Leadership Development Coach, Director of Education, former headteacher & doctoral researcher in leader development

I offer leadership development, coaching & consultancy for school leaders in the UK and around the world. I work as Director of Education and use my experience of headship in secondary, middle and primary schools to develop, coach and train leaders at all levels - from aspiring leaders, senior leaders, heads and executive heads.


I have various qualifications & accreditations, including:

I believe every leader should have access to regular coaching. Coaching provides a space to make sense of our complex circumstances, to plan forward, & to continue to learn & grow as leaders. It is as important for high performance as it is for wellbeing.


I design & offer coaching programmes that enable all school leaders to access regular, high-quality coaching at a low cost.


Participants universally feel & see the benefits of coaching. Leaders talk about coaching being “a godsend” & “a moment of calm and clarity” & an opportunity to think & plan strategically.
